Get better at the
relationships that matter.
A structured way to work through conflict with someone, and to understand what you bring to it. Start with a repair, or with yourself.
Free to use. 16+ only.

Three ways in
Use one. Use all three. They feed each other.
Repair a conflict
A step-by-step process for two people after something went wrong. Private until you each submit.
Understand yourself
Short, research-based questions reveal how you act in conflict: your patterns, your triggers, what you need.
Practice over time
Check-ins keep agreements honest, and patterns show up across repairs. You see what's changing.
How it works
Each phase takes a few minutes, and you can stop between them.
One of you sends an invite
Enter their email and describe what happened, just for yourself. They choose whether to join, and if they don’t, you can finish your side on your own.
Each of you shares privately
Each of you answers the same guided reflection: what happened, how you felt, what you needed. Private until you submit.
You work toward understanding
Mirror each other's experience, write a repair attempt, and land on a concrete agreement.
The protocol
Each phase builds on the last. No phase is skipped. That's what makes it work.
Phase A
Readiness
Set your intent and ground yourself before anything begins.
Phase B
Your experience
What happened, how you felt, what you needed, what you'd ask for. Private until you submit.
Phase C
Mirroring
Read their side, reflect back what you heard, and name your part. No debate.
Phase D
Repair attempt
A direct repair message: an apology, a request, or what you need. Tone-checked before it sends.
Phase E
Agreement
Commitments, a check-in schedule, and a pause phrase. Structure, not just intention.
Check-ins
Resolution
Check in on the agreement until you both say it's resolved.
What Repaired is, and what it isn't
Not therapy
No treatment, no clinician, and not a substitute for either. In crisis, call 988.
Not mediation
No third party, no facilitator. Two people who choose to understand each other.
Not a chat app
No real-time messaging. You each work at your own pace, without the pressure of a live argument.
Who it's for
Any two people with a relationship worth repairing: partners, friends, family, coworkers. The only requirement is that both of you choose to try.
What if they won’t do this with you?
Solo repair walks you through the same structured process on your own. The other person never has to join, and you can invite them whenever you choose.

Some people pull closer when things get tense. Others need space first. Our free attachment style quiz takes about three minutes, needs no account, and explains what your pattern tends to look like once an argument actually starts.
